about
ZAS fulfills my dream to explore my PYANOOK solo set and the tools developed in it in collaborations.
My two grand pianos and data gloves meet Nordic voices, analog synths, violin, beatbox, percussion... boundless and present.
For this I composed, chose favorite musicians and places, trained fingers and programmed beats... and then just let go and packed the maximum love into each track in the flow.
ZAS is music from my innermost, uncompromising, personal, detailed and brought to life in the interaction with my fellow musicians. Enjoy.
(ZAS is a mystic mountain on the island of Naxos with a glorious all-round view on the greek seas. Every summer I return there, starting the hike before the sun rises and reaching the top of Mount Zas at first light.)
